Abs and leg-workout

Hi there! 

Today when I came home from school I decided to work out at home instead of going to the gym because I thought I could just as well do these exercises at home :-) I did the Victoria's Secret models ab workout and a leg workout from Blogilates on youtube. She's actually really good and inspires you to keep going! I think you should check her out <3

Yoga <3

My new love within fitness is yoga! Yoga is good for your whole body and mind. It focuses a lot on keeping different positions which will all stretch out the body and strenghten your muscles. Apart from that it's also great if you want to let go of disturbing and irrational thoughts - it's kind of meditative and by practising yoga often you will get better at ignoring or at least let bad/disturbing thoughts such as "I should have cleaned my room today", or "I didn't do all the things I should've done today", pass.

For my Danish readers, I practise yoga in Fitnessworld. 

If this all sounds like something for you, just try it out! If you don't like it you have at least given it a shot :-)

Love and passion for fitness is all about trying and finding new types of sports you like - that's at least the way I stay motivated and don't get bored ;)

Lily Lolo

I just received my samples of the Lily Lolo mineral makeup - the one shade that fit my skin colour was "China Doll".

If you consider ordering mineral make-up from Lily Lolo, I would recommend you to order 2 or 3 samples before you invest in the real size.

Lily Lolo

I have just ordered 3 samples from the mineral make-up line, Lily Lolo, to see, which colour matches my skin tone best before I buy the big size. I will let you know what I think of them, once I receive the package ;)

Made these very delicious pancakes with my boyfriend this morning. They taste sooo good with Nutella or sirup! :-)

I was in Ikea today and saw this beautiful canvas picturing the always pretty Audrey Hepburn. I think I might want to try and recreate it myself with some oil paint and a canvas ;-)

Packing for Berlin!

As I've mentioned earlier, I'm soon going to Berlin ;) I have begun with my packing and so far it's not that hard to decide what to bring with me.

The top picture shows the outfit I'm planning to wear the night me and my boyfriend have decided to have dinner out in the town to celebrate our five months anniversery ;) I'm sooo looking forward to Berlin! :)

The Best Salad in the World!

This is seriously the best salad in the world! It tastes soo good because it's a great mix of vegetables and fruits! It's also really healthy :-)

What you'll need to make this wonderful salad:

- 1 mango

- Strawberries

- Salad with a high amount of nutrients - not just the regular Iceberg which doesn't have that many health benefits after all

- Spinach leaves

- Pine nut seeds

Just chop everything and mix it together and you have a very tasty salad which is also healthy! ;) What's not to like? ;)

Grey's Anatomy

Uuh, my favourite tv-series at the moment will have to be Grey's Anatomy! It's just really good - a great mix of serious stuff and funny stuff :-)
Right now I'm watching season 2 so I have a lot left to watch, yaaay!
