7 Types of Superfood


Tomatoes


Why?
- Because tomatoes can reduce your risks of getting cancer. Tomatoes also contain Vitamin C and calium which are important in keeping your immune system healthy
                                                                           
                                                                          Oranges 


Why?
- Oranges contain a lot of Vitamin C and is a good "disease-fighter". Studies also show that the orange decreases the risk of getting cancer and heart infections. You can replace the orange with a glass of good quality juice, if not made from concentrate as this often contain a large amount of sugar which kind of is a kills the health effect ;)

                                                                       Salmon

Why?
- Because of the high amount of Omega-3 fatty acids, salmon is great to protect against especially breast cancer. Other than that it will help you learn new things easier and faster

                                                                       Avocado



Why?
- Avocados are rich in the healthy, fatty acids, fibres, Vitamin E, and calium. Contains a high amount of antioxidants
                                                                       
Blueberries




Why?
- Berries, and especially blueberries contains a large amount of the antioxidant, anthocyanidin which has been proved to slow down the aging process. Besides that, blueberries are stimulating on the brain

                                                                           Almonds




Why?
- Almonds contain a high amount of protein, fibres, minerals and a high amount of Vitamin E, folic acid and Vitamin B2 which are all good for our arteries and can prevent heart diseases



Pomegranate

                                     

Why?
- Pomegranate do also (like a lot of other types of Superfood) contain lots of antioxidants. The fruit is escpecially great at preventing premature aging and speeds up the cell renewal process
